About this item SIZE: 12" Balloons; 1" Circle Tissue Paper Confetti INCLUDES: 10-12" Latex Clear Balloons & 1 Bag of 1" Circle Confetti (approximately 30g) INSTRUCTIONS: Insert the tissue paper confetti inside each balloon before inflating the balloon. Use helium to inflate if you want the balloon to float. Use an air pump if you do not want the balloon to float. Make sure the balloon is inflated to its maxmium size to achieve maximum clearness. TIP: Gently rub the balloon on hair (best way), shirt, carpet or silk. This method creates static electricity which helps the confetti stick to sides of the balloon. NOTE: Balloons do not come pre-filled with confetti. Easily fill the balloons with confetti by using a funnel or by hand.

I was extremely disappointed by these balloons. Despite our attempts to "create static" by rubbing the balloons on our shirt, the confetti all pooled at the bottom of the balloon. The shape of the balloon resembled a classic oval shaped balloon instead of a round circular balloon. Will never buy these balloons again.AMAZING huge hit at my nieces shower. just know they’re BIG if filling yourself 2 tanks required. I ran out but luckily our party America could fill them and it was actually cheaper.The balloons were not what I expected. They did not hold the helium within an hour they the balloons were no longer in the air. Wasted my money on the balloons and the helium and the event had no balloons.
